Ancestral Healing

My reflections on ancestral healing.

I believe the things that happened yesterday, affect us today. Some of the issues we have may come from our ancestors. We hold on to those issues, inherited conditions, emotions, in our vibrational energy field.

Karma is the belief of many that what goes around, comes around. I believe it does and I also believe from my experiences that we inherit some karma from our ancestors. I believe we chose the family we are born into, therefore we chose the conditions that come with that family.

By clearing, healing the ancestral line I consider that we are able to release many of those issues. Life is a journey and like with any healing, the body, person will only release that which is meant to go.

I work with clients to release these issues using different methods of healing, visualisation, crystals and other vibrational tools.

Everyone's experience of Ancestral Healing is unique and clients have reported positive results.

Things we may experience from our ancestors can be

Feelings of not being good enough

Lack of self esteem and social acceptance

Hereditary illness

Anger, aggression

Childhood trauma and memories

Stuck in the past and not accepting the future

Lack of motivation

There can be other things we experience that have come down through the family line or things that we experience in this life that stop us being true to ourselves and living a fulfilling, happy life.
