at last a break through in so many areas, work, life, home! I have heard lots of people have been cleared of much of the old stuff holding them back, This has been due (so I am informed) to the wonderful planets and the eclipse the weekend before last. Summer really is here I hope you are all having a good time. If you are still going through the rubbish REMEMBER it will clear, keep the faith

How many of you or your friends/family are going through really tough energies again? I think the effects of the strong moons are pulling on everyone. We seem to be moving energetically again and this appears to be another period of clearing out much more of the old. Many are again experiences trauma and strong emotions. Although this is part of life it is also part of our clearing to aid us with ascension. The end of May saw for me an extremely busy time, the start of June is very quiet on the work front. If this is the same for you, I am sure that like it is for me, you are quiet to gather your energies to help with the huge shifts and trauma's a lot of us are experiencing. The mind, physical body and emotional body can only take so much.That is why often at times of great stress we become ill or something alters so that we are not overworked too.The Universe literally makes us stop! So for June take a deep breath, stay centred in faith and TRUST that it is all as it should be. We clear out the old to make way for the new.   

When I look back through my postings I realise that for March I also quoted my nan on the same issue! It was infact for May so there must have been something at work in March!

My old nan used to say in like a lion out like a lamb! Well May has been difficult weather wise, but I feel also how we are feeling too! The shifts seem to have settled leaving many in a state of suspension! What is your next move? Indeed many are considering moving, they want change and now I feel is the time to start thinking about those changes.

Lots are dealing with forgiveness, remember when we forgive others - for what they did to us- not excusing their behaviour, we allow ourselves to move forward.

I am in the process of writing and thinking about some new workshops. I feel the crystal skulls have more to download and were telling me something about September.If anyone has ideas they would like to  learn more about, drop me an email and I will try and accomodate. I am also considering a workshop on clearing the energies around us that constantly pull us down. A decording workshop, watch this space...

Ohh what a month so far. There seems to have been a mass clearing of lower energies, or at least more people are aware of them. Still lots of shifts going on, just when I thought I had settled down and things were quiet I'm off again. A busy month this month, lots of workshops, readings etc.

Went on a 'ghost hunt' with my group this week. It was different, we were able to release some energies to the light, who chose to move on. We have some pictures of orbs which will be added to the site shortly (I hope)!. Also we may have an EVP which will be put on here, if I can work out how to do it!

So my old nan used to say "in like a lamb, out like a lion", well so far weatherwise it has been awful. That at least is in my part of the country (Kent). I feel too for many lightworkers that is how life has been recently so we are like the lamb and will become the lion. Changes, turbulence all of it and not just with the weather. Whatever the upstairs management and spirit have planned for us they are certainly uprooting just about everything else. I had the luck to be given a Preseli blue stone from a dear friend. It is amazing. I feel this month we are gathering strength like the lion to change and transform. Many light workers are doubting and getting angry with spirit. "Why me"? they ask, I admit I too have felt like that but then "why not me?" I have achieved so much over the last month and this is flying past too. When I look back to those negative moments, I was actually learning and clearing a lot. My soul, journey to self course has raised and cleared many issues - I am sure there are more to clear.

So how are you doing? keep the faith, we are tested and retested - it is part of the journey. Remember the lower you go  the higher you can reach.

Where did the month go? If your Feb was anything like mine very quickly. I am going to move onto March as we are there now!

January 2010

Well this month has been strange to say the least, perhaps it has been because of the 2 moons in December? As I am nearing the Inner soul healing course many are experiencing shifts. Some of these are loss of spirituality (we think that has happened but it is just a shift), anger, impatience, not feeling generally ourselves. The reason is when we are going to do a new workshop we start to change again. Our vibrational body knows we are about to change and shift out the old to make way for the new. So bare in mind when you are going to a new workshop or course, you will be faced with challenges prior to starting it. That is natural and nothing to worry about, instead embrace the fact that you are getting ready for positive change.

A very warm and belated welcome to 2010. What do we want this year to hold for us? The council (not literally) seem to be still out on whether this will be a positive or negative year! No change there then, this is where I feel that the energy and postive thoughts we give out will create our future. Write down what you would like, be postiive as though it is already here -give thanks. Never put anything to harm someone else and not always a good idea to wish for the lottery. Take it outside and burn the paper sending it to the Universe and Angels (if you are children reading this please ask an adult for help). You will receive what is meant for your highest good, remembering it does not always come in the form we expect!

 Feeling a little more energised? It seems some of the shifts have energised many of us removing us form the slump and illness many experienced in November. A lot of the illness took a long time to clear, affecting many people's throats and chests. Despite it being the season of good will I have noticed a change in people. Many are happier or content, perhaps we are beginning to value what we have. When we are always searching for more, whether it be money, happiness etc it seems to elude us. By appreciating what we have now we seem to attract more good into our life.

I would like to take this opportunity and Wish you all a Very Happy Christmas, however you do or don't choose to celebrate and a very bright 2010.

November

 Well having started very positively in November many are still seeing changes for the better. Some however seem to be experiencing dire situations, relationship breakups, death and illness. I believe much of this is happening to clear us for the work we have to do. At the time the changes are happening it feels like nothing is going our way. Stand firm in your belief though that change as hard as it is will ultimately work out for the good of all. Stay focused and grounded.

At last those around me seem to be feeling and seeing the long awaited changes.I have heard more good news around me from new babies to good financial positions. Many of my circle and those conncected to them are getting new jobs and have moved on. The shifts have been slow to come, but the slow movement and progression is making it well worth the wait. The planets have changed and I think Jupiter has now lost most of its influence over us. If you felt trapped now you should feel freer.

I have felt a much closer connection to the Angelic realms and a great sense of peace. Enjoy your November and may it bring you peace, joy, happiness and love x

Lots of people in the spiritual world talk about going through shifts. The shifts they are referring to are energetic shifts in energy. The energy is our vibration or aura (energy field) that surrounds us. When we begin our spiritual journey we start to learn about new subjects, we are often excited by the new topics and at times this excitement can be mistaken for ego.

Our vibration starts to alter, in physical terms we may feel excited, full of energy or very tired.  Any of these changes to us are because our energetic spiritual bodies are going through changes. We have begun to notice and read up on spiritual practices such as healing, crystals, astrology, mediumship and many other things. Our aura now attracts more of these to us, along with other spiritual people.

As we go through these energetic shifts our spiritual energy levels rise which then enable us to learn more and develop more spiritual things. For instance when beginning the spiritual journey you may have had an interest in Angels, as your energy vibration changes over time you can ( i believe) learn to sense them around you. It is this further development which is referred to as shifts. 

We are going into ascension, this is described as many as a place of contenment and fulfillment. We will no longer need many of the material things we had. We will have a place within us which is where we know who we are.

Many lightworkers find a time when they experience a sense of loss, it could be money, relationships, friends jobs etc. This is in order to make way for the new you. A lot of what you previously had and how you lived is cleared out the way to allow for these changes. They can at times feel devastating and we can be fearful that things are going horribly wrong. Please believe it is all for a reason. At these times ask the Archangel Sandalphon to support you and help you trust.

The Angels feel closer to us now, they are here supporting us on our journey and although the transitions/ shifts are not easy to go through, do feel looked after from a much higher source.

Learn to trust and try to believe that the changes happening in your life, no matter how bad, are for a reason. Those reasons you may not see yet, but with the shifts comes greater things. Old friends are replaced by new ones. At the time it may seem hard but you will meet other people who have the same beliefs as you and great friendships will be formed. Trust and believe in yourself and a much higher source, whatever that be to you, that you will be ok.

 I will update this page from time to time as we experience stronger shifts of energy.
