Reiki on its own is a very good healing modality. More details about Reiki below this passage.

Reiki with crystal gives another dimension to Reiki. I use crystals with the Reiki symbols. There are often underlying causes of pain, insomnia etc, that is why clients benefit from any form of complementary therapy,  but may not at the time notice a difference. This is because there are more factors, stress usually the highest factor, creating say the pain in the shoulder. Crystal therapy mixed with Reiki will address more issues if clients are susceptive to deeper levels of energy therapy. poa

Reiki with colour therapy gives yet another level of energy therapy. All forms of Reiki work exceptionally well but as each client is individual they have different needs. The use of colour with any complementary healing modality is very peaceful and gentle and has a different quality and energy to Reiki alone. This may not be suitable to all. pot


Reiki comes from Japan and is a natural form of energy healing. It is the channelled flow of healing energy from the therapist to the client. This may be carried out with the client sitting or laying down. Reiki may be felt as a fast, warm flow of energy. It helps remove blockages in the auric* field which led to the imbalance in the body and can give a sense of well being and renewed energy. 

I am a Usui/Holy Fire® 111 Reiki Master Teacher. Clients receiving this therapy have responded positively. The energy experienced during treatment is warm and relaxing. Clients respond very well to Reiki treatment. It is a good treatment for all sorts of pain. £40 per session.

I have been an energy healer since 2002 when I completed level 4 of my healer training with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers as it was then known. I then went on to study St Paul's healing in Deal.

All forms of spiritual healing are gentle and will adjust to what you as a client need.  Our bodies are tired and under a lot of stress therefore to top up our vibrational energy and bring relaxation to the body, mind and spirit are essential.
